Indications

As a dietary supplement to help relieve symptoms associated with productive ("wet") coughs and to support respiratory health, including:

  • Thinning and expelling thick phlegm.

  • Supporting the immune response during colds and bronchitis.

Dosage

Important: Shake well before use. Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the package or by your physician.

  • Adults: 5 mL to 10 mL, two to three times daily.
  • Children: Typically 2.5 mL to 5 mL, depending on age. Consult the package leaflet or a doctor for pediatric dosing.

Warnings and Precautions

  • Critical Interaction: Do not combine with cough suppressants (antitussives). This syrup thins mucus, and the cough reflex is needed to clear it.
  • Allergies: Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, especially bee products (Propolis) or ivy.
  • Medical Conditions: Use with caution in patients with asthma or a history of peptic ulcers.
  • Drug Interactions: May interact with certain antibiotics or anticoagulants. Inform your doctor of all medications you are taking.
  • Age Limit: Not recommended for children under 2 years unless prescribed by a doctor.
