What This Tool Does
RolePlay Pro presents pharmaceutical sales representatives with simulated physician objections drawn from 23 scenarios across 10 therapeutic areas (Cardiovascular, Oncology, Diabetes & Metabolic, CNS/Neurology, Respiratory, Immunology/Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Gastroenterology, Pain Management, Dermatology ), each tagged Easy, Medium, or Hard. Each scenario presents a fictional HCP profile and a specific objection for the user to practice responding to.
After the user formulates their own response, the tool reveals a model response broken into an Acknowledge / Bridge / Resolve structure, referencing named clinical trials, published guidelines, and drug mechanisms relevant to the objection. The user self-rates their own response as "Strong" or "Needs Work," and can add free-text coaching notes to each session-log entry. Users can also filter scenarios by therapeutic area or difficulty, create their own custom objection-and-response pairs, and print a scenario/response sheet for offline reference.

- Repeat-avoidance so recently shown scenarios are less likely to repeat immediately in a row
How to Use This Tool
- Open the file in a browser — no installation needed
- Select a therapeutic area from the left panel, or leave it on "All"
- Choose a difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard, or All ) from the top bar
- Click "New Scenario" to display an objection from a simulated HCP
- Formulate your own response, then reveal the model response to compare
- Rate your own response as "Strong Response" or "Needs Work"
- Optionally add a coaching note in the session log for that entry
- Click "Skip" to move to a new scenario without rating the current one
- Use "+ Custom" to add your own objection and response, or "Quick Add" in the log panel for a fast entry
- Use "🖨 Print" to print the current scenario and response
- Use "↺ Reset Log" or "↺ Reset Custom" to clear session history or custom scenarios separately
