Each hard gelatin capsule contains: 

zinc Amino Acid Chelate (10%) equivalent to zinc 11 mg             110 mg

Copper Amino Acid chelate (6%) equivalent to copper 0.9 mg    15 mg

 Calcium Ascorbate equivalent to 75 mg vitamin C                       107 mg

vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI) equivalent to vitamin B6 1.3 mg       1.625 mg

 Citrus bioflavonoids                                                                   150 mg
Indications
Dietary supplement to improve some body functions. Dose:

One capsule daily with meal or as the physician prescribed. Precautions & warnings: To be used under medical supervision in chronic diseases.
Keep out of reach of children. Package: Carton Box contains one or two or three (Alu/PVC) strips (Each strip contains 10 hard gelatin capsules) & inner leaflet. Storage: To be stored at temperature not exceeding 30° C.
